    • $28,784 p.a. with eligibility for a top up to $37,207 p.a.

    • Funded through an NHMRC Partnership Grant for a project using the vast, system-wide, patient-reported outcome measure (PROM) data collected across NSW hospitals and outpatient clinics, to improve shared decision making to guide clinical care; and for quality assurance and benchmarking to guide health service planning.
    • Aim of PhD research: explore approaches for accounting comorbidities and other factors to facilitate valid comparison of PROMs data across jurisdictions. Challenges: modelling response distributions for bounded scales; modelling hierarchical relationships and repeated measures; handling missing data; and subset selection for constructing robust multivariable models.
