We are seeking a biostatistician (at Research Fellow or Senior Research level) to join the Biostatistics Unit at Deakin University.

• Based at Deakin Melbourne Burwood Campus with travel to Western Health, Sunshine
• Part-time (0.8) and fixed term for 2 years
• Level B $99,346 or Level C $121,133 + 17% Superannuation 

The successful candidate will be a statistician who can work independently with limited supervision and has expertise in designing and analysing clinical research studies. The appointee will provide high quality statistical support for research projects and funding applications initiated and conducted at Western Health and at Deakin University.

This is a new position co-funded by Deakin University and Western Health with potential for extension depending on funding and performance. It will be based at Deakin’s Burwood campus, with periodic travel to Western Health, Sunshine required.
