The University of Otago, Wellington is again running the Public Health Summer School from Feb 12th to Feb 23rd 2024.
Early-bird registrations are open until 20th December 2023 (link to more info and registration)
The programme includes a variety of applied statistical courses (plus other topics!). These courses may be of particular interest to graduate students or applied researchers in different health areas.
Some courses are in-person (in Wellington, NZ) and others are offered online (via Zoom) as noted below.
This year there are several courses on statistical methods, including a two-day course introducing biostatistical concepts aimed at applied health researchers; computer-lab based courses introducing statistical software (one for Stata, one for R); a two-day course introducing regression methods (online course), and a one-day course introducing concepts and strategies for dealing with missing data (online course).
