In this role you will work as part of a newly formed collaboration between the Sydney School of Public Health and Sydney Local Health District. This partnership focusses on Public Health Data Science to provide data to inform decision-making at the local level. You will have the opportunity to develop and contribute to research and teaching as part of this multi-disciplinary team.

As the Senior Lecturer or Lecturer in Epidemiology and Public Health Data Science you will be either emerging in research and teaching (Level B) or recognised nationally for expanding knowledge in the field (Level C).

Reporting into the Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Public Health Data Science, you will be knowledgeable and passionate about epidemiology and public health data science and committed to teaching and research in the field. You will tutor and help coordinate teaching for post graduate students undertaking the Master of Public Health Program and similar post graduate programs.

This is a full time, fixed term position for a period of five years starting in late August/September 2021.
