Our Refund Policy sets out the commitments we make to all our members, and some of their responsibilities as members.
SSA membership subscription is, in general, a non-refundable fee.
In the case of a member making an application in writing to the SSA Head Office within 30 days of making their subscription payment, a refund will be considered.
A newly accredited member may seek a refund of their accreditation fees by application to the SSA Head Office within 30 days of making the payment.
An application for a refund must state the reasons for the request of a refund.
The application for a refund must also be accompanied by all original certificates issued by SSA from that payment.
A $20 administration fee will apply to any refund made by SSA.
All processing will be done in $AU and charges are inclusive of 10% GST.
