SSAI Refund Policy
The Statistical Society of Australia Inc puts the needs of our members first. We are committed to providing value-for-money membership services for our members.
Our Refund Policy sets out the commitments we make to all our members, and some of their responsibilities as members.
SSAI membership subscription is, in general, a non-refundable fee. In the case of a member making an application in writing to the SSAI Head Office within 30 days of making their subscription payment, a refund will be considered. A newly accredited member may seek a refund of their accreditation fees by application to the SSAI Head Office within 30 days of making the payment. An application for a refund must state the reasons for the request of a refund. The application for a refund must also be accompanied by all original certificates issued by SSAI from that payment. A $20 administration fee will apply to any refund made by SSAI.
All processing will be done in $AU and charges are inclusive of 10% GST
